Come and support our children with indoor and outdoor activities

We are looking for volunteer playworkers to work regularly at our after school provision and holiday club under the guidance of our Lead Playworker. Help provide the children with various play activities and fun sessions while following health and safety guidelines and safeguarding. If volunteers have a skill for arts/crafts/sport etc this can be build into weekly sessions.

Preferred skills

If volunteers have specific skills such as arts/crafts/sports/cookery, these skills can be used to offer children set sessions on a weekly basis.

Experience gained

We can offer training in playwork, safeguarding and health and safety. Volunteers can gain valuable skills in childcare as well as activity planning. Volunteers will have regular progress meetings and supervision and will be given references when applying for jobs. Volunteers will gain knowledge in food prep and designing our menu. We can offer training in health and safety and basic food tech if necessary. We can provide progress meetings and references.
