Could you befriend and support parents of children with Autism/ADHD?

You'll be chatting one-to-one or in a group setting following full training, including our bespoke workshops covering relevant topics. We anticipate around four hours a week of your time.

Preferred skills

Interest or experience of working with families or personal experience of children diagnosed or going though the diagnosis process of ASD or ADHD. Supporting them to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. Active listener, patient, non-judgmental, empathetic, understand parenting skills, knoweldge of safeguarding.

Experience gained

Supporting adults/parents. Understanding of AUTISM/ADHD, active listening, advice and guidance, delivering behaviour workshops and working with professional staff.
