Could you support a thriving walking group to promote social connection, health & wellbeing?

by Age UK Sandwell

We’re looking for two volunteers to help lead and support our friendly, well-established walking group for people aged 50+.
You would be there to:
• Help create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and encourage conversation
• Signpost people to relevant local services, activities and support where appropriate
• Help ensure everyone feels included and supported, regardless of their walking pace or ability.
• Encourage positive health, wellbeing and social connection
• Help promote the group locally and support outreach

Pre-agreed expenses will be reimbursed
